Mr. McKinley obtained an undergraduate degree from Faulkner University in Montgomery in the field of criminal justice. He thereafter attended Jones School of Law where he completed his studies in 2006. During the almost 20 years he has worked in the legal field he has defended clients in a variety of criminal matters from simple misdemeanors to capital murder.
He has handled cases in the state of Mississippi, where he is licensed as well.
Mr. McKinley is the City Attorney for the Town of Excel, Alabama as well as the City Prosecutor
